  • The Built Not Broken Co. is a premarital and marriage enrichment practice that uses intentional skills-building and evidence-based assessment to help couples build strong, lasting relationships. We serve couples primarily in Houston, TX and Atlanta, GA.

  • Sydni White is the marriage coach behind The Built Not Broken Co. She is a Certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator with graduate clinical training in marriage and family therapy, and she is also a certified EMDR clinician.

  • No. Couples at any stage — dating, engaged, newly married, or years into marriage — can benefit from the program. You don’t have to be in crisis to invest in your relationship; you just have to be willing to put it first.

  • Couples Sessions are private, one-on-one coaching for you and your partner: 8 weekly 90-minute sessions at $225 per session. Group Sessions bring several couples together in a shared setting to learn and grow alongside others in similar seasons of commitment: 8 sessions, 60 minutes each, at $99 per session.

  • Couples Sessions are $225 per session (8 sessions total). Group Sessions are $99 per session (8 sessions total).

    If additional sessions are needed then the couple will be charged per session at the couples session rate.

  • Both formats run for 8 sessions. Couples Sessions are 90 minutes each; Group Sessions are 60 minutes each.

  • Sessions cover communication, conflict resolution, stress management, finances, intimacy and affection, spirituality, leisure and lifestyle compatibility, relationship goals, and family-of-origin dynamics. However depth of each topic will be contingent on the couples assessment results.

  • An evidence-based relationship assessment tool used in premarital and couples counseling. It helps identify a couple’s strengths and growth areas, which we use to guide personalized conversations and skill-building throughout the sessions.

  • Not automatically. Group Sessions are inquiry-only. After you join the waitlist, couples go through a brief screening and vetting process so each group is thoughtfully curated for fit, readiness, and alignment. You’ll receive scheduling details once a group is finalized.
